Neighbourhoods

Five neighbourhoods, known street by street.

Our fee is a flat 1.5% of the final sale price, plus VAT. It includes photography, floor plans, staging advice, every viewing and negotiation. You pay nothing unless your home sells.

Our average time from listing to accepted offer is 18 days. Completion usually follows six to ten weeks later, depending on the buyer’s mortgage and the notary’s calendar.

Yes. Around a third of our buyers relocate from another country. We run video viewings, recommend independent lawyers and translators, and can collect the keys on your behalf.
