About
Since 2009, on Harbour Row
A quieter way to move home.

01
Our story
Tiren began in a rented room above a bakery, with one phone and a bicycle.
02
What we believe
Four promises we’ve kept since the first sale.
01
Fewer, better viewings
We pre-view every home and only show the ones that pass. Your Saturdays are worth more than fifty listings.
02
Honest numbers
We price homes to sell, not to win the instruction. If the market says less, we say so first.
03
Local, properly
Five neighbourhoods, known street by street — schools, noise, light and the best bakery on each corner.
03
The team
Six people who answer their own phones.
Each of us looks after one or two neighbourhoods, so you’ll always speak to someone who knows the street.

Hillcrest & Parkside
Elena Varga
Founding partner
Elena opened Tiren in 2009 after a decade restoring houses with her father. She still measures every room herself and has sold more homes on Hillcrest than anyone in the city.

Old Town
Marcus Hale
Partner, sales
Marcus spent twelve years in architecture before crossing to sales. Buyers trust him to tell them what a survey will say before they pay for one.

Harbour Quarter
Clara Moreau
Senior agent
Clara grew up above a bakery on the harbour and knows which flats catch the morning light on the water. She leads our lettings team.

Harbour Quarter & Marlow Lanes
Jonas Weber
Senior agent
Jonas looks after loft conversions and apartments. Before Tiren he managed a joinery workshop, so he notices the details in a renovation.

International buyers
Sofia Almeida
Relocation lead
Sofia guides families moving from abroad — video viewings, schools, notaries and the first ninety days. She has moved country four times herself.

All neighbourhoods
Daniel Okafor
Valuations
Daniel prepares every valuation we send. He reads planning files for fun and keeps a spreadsheet of every sale in our five neighbourhoods since 2012.
